This roundtable will bring together public stakeholders, industrial players, and startups to explore how to build ecosystems capable of cooperating at scale. Between physical and digital infrastructures, European sovereignty, data spaces, and AI, speakers will share their vision of the new collaboration models reshaping the mobility and logistics of tomorrow.

After digital platforms and conversational assistants, a new generation of services is emerging: AI agents capable not only of recommending, but also of acting, booking, arbitrating, reconfiguring journeys, and orchestrating services across multiple organizations.

In mobility and tourism, this evolution opens up major opportunities around hyper-personalization, intermodality, and the automation of traveler journeys. However, it also raises critical new questions regarding agent governance, trust, sovereignty, payments, liability, and control over business rules.

This roundtable will bring together stakeholders from mobility, tourism, and digital industries to discuss the trusted infrastructures required to develop truly interoperable and sovereign AI ecosystems at the European scale.

Tourism is undergoing a profound transformation driven by artificial intelligence. On the customer experience side, AI enables extreme personalization, while also having the potential to refocus experiences around human interaction and emotion. On the service side, AI is becoming a lever for operational optimization and for anticipating future constraints.

However, to operate effectively, AI relies on trusted real-time data. Public and private stakeholders must share data in order to optimize operations and deliver the best possible experience. Yet, at a time when data has become a highly strategic resource, its free circulation between public and private actors remains a major challenge.

Only through stronger cooperation at both national and European levels will we be able to compete with global industry leaders and ensure our digital sovereignty.
