The hospitality sector needs harmonised, interoperable data to steer performance, anticipate tourism flows and measure its sustainability transition. The challenge: breaking down data silos between hospitality, transport and destinations.

Hotel performance data

We develop hotel performance indicators (occupancy rate, average daily rate, RevPAR) combined with mobility and destination data, to provide an integrated view of the traveller journey and enrich the shared datasets of the EONAX ecosystem.

Market forecasting and intelligence

We produce hotel activity forecasts based on econometric models, along with continuous monitoring of market trends and cycles, helping the industry anticipate changes in flows and demand.

Broadening hotel operator datasets

Beyond classic performance indicators (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR), we are working to broaden the datasets shared by hotel operators: guest nationalities to better qualify tourism flows, and operating account indicators (GOP, cost ratios, departmental margins) to objectively measure sector profitability. The goal: enrich the data available to the EONAX ecosystem and give destinations, transport operators and investors a sharper read on the economic value and demand dynamics of the hospitality industry.
