G7 membership to EONA-X comes at a pivotal moment, with G7 undertaking numerous initiatives to face the challenges posed by the use of artificial intelligence tools.

The creation of an in-house AI Club made up of technical and business experts is helping G7 to build a roadmap for the deployment of AI, while taking into account governance issues related to data security.

Enhance customer experience thanks to augmented agent technology

G7 has already deployed several solutions based on artificial intelligence to improve customer experience.

For instance, by deploying advanced augmented agent technology, customer service representatives can now work more efficiently by being guided in writing short responses to customer requests. The time taken to process customer requests has been reduced from three days to one day thanks to AI.

Foster innovation to develop a smarter, more connected and sustainable mobility

G7 has launched the G7 MOBILITY CENTER, a platform for experimentation and co-innovation which aims to explore, test, and integrate the most advanced technologies around six strategic areas: big data, artificial intelligence, scientific research, autonomous mobility, digital experience, and energy transition.

With 120 years of G7 expertise and an ecosystem of academic and technological partners —particularly from French Tech — the G7 MOBILITY CENTER plans to develop concrete solutions for more efficient, inclusive, and environmentally friendly mobility, while protecting and securing users’ mobility data.

Encourage and safeguard the mobility data sovereignty of French citizens

G7 has committed to securing its digital ecosystem to safeguard the digital sovereignty of its customers’ data. Indeed, all passenger data is hosted exclusively in France, on private and replicated cloud infrastructures.

Joining EONA-X, G7 will also contribute to building more fluid and sustainable mobility while ensuring secure and European data governance for its 32 million clients it serves each year.
